Yes! We currently offer repairs on the following brands: 

• Acaia 

• Baratza

• Kaffelogic 

• Ratio 

We are in the process of expanding our repairs department! If your product was not manufactured by any of the above brands, we still encourage you to send your enquiry to [email protected]. 

In your email, please include a short description of the defect along with a video/image of the issue. This will help our repairs team discern what might be causing the problem. If troubleshooting techniques do not resolve the issue, we will arrange to have the unit sent back to Eight Ounce Coffee for repairs.
