Your wholesale order can be edited or cancelled within 12 hours of placing it – navigate to your customer profile, select "orders" from the drop-down menu, and select the order you'd like to cancel.

If the 12-hour window has passed, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or calling 403-457-9844. If we catch your request before the shipment has dispatched from our warehouse, we can save you the costs and hassle of returning it.

Please note that orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our returns policy for further instructions.
