I just placed an order but forgot to add an item/ordered the wrong item – what do I do?Updated 8 months ago
You can add, exchange, or remove an item from your order within 12 hours of placing it. To proceed, login to your wholesale account, select your name (top right corner), and choose “orders” from the drop-down menu. Select the order you wish to edit.
If this 12-hour window has passed, please reach out as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] or calling 403-457-9844 – a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
If you ordered the wrong product and your package has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and process a refund. From there, you will be able to place a new order with the corrected items.
If the package has been shipped, you may return it to receive a refund. We ask that returned items are sent back to us in their original packaging. Refunds are processed when the return package arrives at our warehouse and is inspected for damages.
If you have forgotten to add a product and the package has shipped within 24 hours, we will help you create a new order with the standard shipping costs within Canada of $10 plus tax (if under $250). U.S standard shipping costs will vary depending on region.
