My order did not process but I was still charged – what happened?Updated 8 months ago

If your order was not processed but you notice a corresponding charge on your credit card statement, you are seeing what is commonly known as a "ghost charge". 

These temporary charges act as placeholders on your credit card statement until your bank can confirm that no money has been withdrawn – the charge should disappear within 1-5 business days. 

Please confirm that the billing address listed on your wholesale account with Eight Ounce Coffee matches the billing address listed on your bank account. 

If your addresses are consistent and you still cannot complete an order, try using a third-party payment like Apple Pay or Google Pay. 

Please note that Eight Ounce Coffee is unable to accept payments or build invoices over the phone.
