Part of my order is missing or delivered to the wrong address – what should I do?Updated 7 months ago

If part of your wholesale order is missing in transit or has been delivered to the wrong address, please reach out as soon as possible through emailing [email protected] with the following: 

  • Your order number (this can be located in both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails) 
  • A delivery image provided by the courier (if available)
  • A brief explanation of the situation (i.e., my package was marked as delivered but I do not have it)

Once we verify your order number and identify a shipping discrepancy, we will be happy to help you submit a claim with the shipping company responsible for handling your order. Please note that claims typically take 7-10 business days to process.
