If you would like to process a return, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not totally happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days, as long as the product is unopened and unused.
Outside of 30 days: Any product you wish to return outside of 30 days must be unopened and unused. A standard restocking fee of 20% will apply to items returned outside of the 30-day window, which may increase depending on the order date or product condition as assessed by our returns team.
Please note that Eight Ounce Coffee is unable to cover the costs of a return label unless:
- The product arrived damaged
- There is a warranty defect (details on Eight Ounce Coffee's warranty policy can be found here)
- You received a wrong or missing item
Please note that Eight Ounce Coffee will not accept returns for perishable items, including coffee, tea, plant-based milks, and syrups.
