If you would like to process a return, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not totally happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days, even if it’s been opened and used.

12-Month Return Window: If a product has not been opened or used, you can return it within 12 months from when it arrived to you. If the product has been opened, you may contact us to request a return, although restocking fees may apply. 

Please note that Eight Ounce Coffee is unable to cover the costs of a return label unless: 

• The product arrived damaged 
• There is a warranty defect (details on Eight Ounce Coffee's warranty policy can be found here) 
• You received a wrong or missing item 

Please note that Eight Ounce Coffee will not accept returns for perishable items, including coffee, tea, plant-based milks, and syrups.
