What is your wholesale warranty policy?Updated 7 months ago
In addition to specific manufacturers' warranties, most products purchased through Eight Ounce Coffee are covered under a limited 1-year warranty, which extends to your customers when they purchase a product that you received from us (warranty begins from the date of purchase). The exclusions are:
- Glass, ceramic, and plastic items
- Consumables such as coffee, tea, or alternative milks
- Any damages or defects which arise from misuse
Warranties only cover mechanical or electrical components from defect or failure under normal use.
To begin a warranty claim, please reach out to [email protected].
If you are claiming on behalf of a customer, please provide their proof of purchase (i.e., receipt) and their contact information – we will work with them to determine warranty coverage.
If you are claiming for yourself or your business, please provide your order number (i.e., WS-12345) and several images/videos of the defect.
