What is your wholesale warranty policy?Updated 3 days ago
All of our products are covered under individual manufacturer warranties, along with our Eight Ounce 1-year limited warranty (effective from the consumer date of purchase).
We want warranty support to be easy for you and your customers. We offer two processes:
1. Customer contacts Eight Ounce Coffee directly (preferred process):
If a product stops working due to a manufacturer defect, please have your customer reach out to us directly at [email protected].
We will handle all troubleshooting and assessment directly with them.
Please note that to process a claim, we require:
- A copy of the customer’s original receipt.
- A photo or video showing the issue.
- The product serial number (if applicable)
2. If you prefer to handle customer support directly:
We will still need the same required information (customer receipt, photos or video showing the issue, serial number if applicable). Please note that without this information, we will be unable to process the claim.
If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, we will arrange for the item to be shipped back to us for replacement, or repair where possible.
Any attempt to troubleshoot or repair the unit outside of Eight Ounce Coffee's guidance that results in additional damage may void the warranty coverage.
